30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

We aim to provide you with complete satisfaction when shopping with us. Below are the details of our return and refund policies for various circumstances:

Return without Reason

You have the flexibility to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product if you're not satisfied, regardless of the condition of the product. Please note that the refund will not include the delivery charges for returning, and we will retain 25% of the product value for a restocking charge. Customers will be responsible for the return shipment.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items being returned must be in pristine condition: unused, unassembled, uninstalled, with all original tags and packaging intact. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Ensure that items are sent back within 30 days.

Significant Damage or Missing Parts

In the event of significant damage or missing parts upon arrival, we will offer a 100% refund. For other cases of damage, refunds will be issued up to 80% based on the extent of damage. Please note that minor color variations from display pictures are normal and not considered defects.

Refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 30 days, or you can opt for store credit or an exchange for a replacement.

Damage during Transit

In case of damage during transit, it's essential to upload pictures of the product with its original packaging, the entire product, and the damaged portion.

We strongly advise inspecting your items within 48 hours of receiving them and promptly notifying our customer service team of any issues. Reports of missing or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Delay Compensation

While we strive for timely delivery, we understand the frustration of delays. In the rare event of a shipping delay exceeding 30 days, we offer a store credit equivalent to 10% of the order value as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction.

Items on Sale

For items on sale/discount, we may not provide a full refund or store credit unless the item received has significant deficits or damage.
